GridEquity offers a one on one review of your energy bills and how you use energy to assess opportunities to lower costs. You receive a personalized action plan with practical recommendations, starting with the easiest and most affordable steps.
Who is It for?
Renters and homeowners in any state with a residential electric or gas bill. All income levels and employment situations are welcome. If you also heat with propane, oil, or wood, we can review those costs using delivery receipts
How Much Does it Cost?
Payment is assessed following a sliding scale, with interest free payment plans available.
We consider your overall circumstances, including income. No one is turned away because they cannot afford a review.
Privacy and Trust
GridEquity is a nonprofit. We keep your bills private, and we never ask about citizenship or immigration status. We sell no energy products or equipment and receive no commissions.
We provide guidance, not licensed financial or contractor advice. Savings and approval for assistance programs are not guaranteed.

1. Request Your Review
Complete a short form about your home, routine, and energy bills. It takes 10 minutes or less. Upload your bills if you have them, as photos or electronic copies. A full year is ideal, but we can work with fewer.
2. Book Your Call
Choose a time for a call of up to one hour, by phone or video.
3. Talk with Us
Spend up to one hour discussing your bills, daily routine, and household needs.
4. Get Your Plan
Within one week of your call, receive a written plan with practical recommendations. We’ll check in about three months later.
