Bailey Fullwiler, MSSA, LSW

Bailey is a community-based social worker and ecological grief researcher. Through her consulting work with the People Over Petro Coalition she supports communities and organizers impacted by oil & gas industries in the Ohio River Valley and Great Lakes regions. She partners with organizations and community groups to support the mental health needs that arise from living in close proximity to polluting facilities. This work includes facilitating support groups and ecological memorial practices, providing education and training, climate aware care coordination, and organizational assessment and capacity building. In 2026 Bailey began her PhD in social work at the Ohio State University with research focused on the impacts of light and sound pollution on mental health. fullwiler.4@buckeyemail.osu.edu
